Returns Policy

Matrix Proven POS is committed to your customer satisfaction.  If your purchase arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, request for a return or refund must be made within 3 business days of the original date of receipt.  No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA).

You may request a return authorization (RA) by emailiing returns@matrixprovenpos.com.  Please provide your order number, the item(s) and quantity you wish to return and the reason for the return.  Within 24 hours, we will email your return authorization along with directions to return your items.  If the items returned are due to damage, defective or incomplete, we will email you a shipping label to cover the cost of return freight.

Once you have your RA and return instructions, carefully repackage the item, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).  Write the RA# on the outside of the shipping package, packing appropriately for shipping.  Do not write on the product packaging.  Send using your preferred shipping method, noting the tracking number to make sure that we recieve your return. Once received by our Returns Department, we accept full responsibility.  We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession.  You may wish to insure to cover replacement costs if a package is lost in transit.  If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
